Job Overview
We're not your average studio. Sexy Serendipity is a boudoir and portrait studio in Hollywood, FL built specifically for women who are ready to see themselves differently. Every session is an experience. Every client leaves feeling something they didn't walk in with.
We're growing and we need someone who can help us connect with more of those women, get them excited, and get them booked.
This is primarily a client communication and sales role. If you love talking to people, have a natural ability to make someone feel at ease and excited at the same time, and want to grow into a key player in a business that genuinely changes lives, keep reading.
What You'll Be Doing
About 70% of this role is communication, sales, and operations. The other 30% is hands-on studio support.
Client Communication and Sales:
- Make and receive phone calls with potential clients. Your goal is to get them excited and get them booked. This is not hard selling. It's genuine connecting with a clear direction.
- Manage our CRM (GoHighLevel) including sending contracts, building invoices, and tracking leads
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, text, and email and respond in a timely, on-brand way
- Learn our booking process inside and out and eventually own it independently
- Assist with light computer tasks including Canva, Google Workspace, scheduling, and AI tools
Studio and Shoot Day Support:
- Prepare the studio and welcome clients
- Capture behind-the-scenes content during sessions with client permission
- Reset the studio after sessions including laundry, wardrobe, and props
- Handle occasional errands such as bank runs and shipping
Skills We're Looking For
- Phone sales or client booking experience
- Customer service or client relations
- CRM or database management (GoHighLevel a plus but not required)
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive)
- Canva or basic graphic/design tools
- Social media literacy (Instagram, TikTok)
- Scheduling and calendar management
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with AI tools and willing to learn new technology
Please Note
This role is not a path into photography. If your goal is to eventually shoot clients independently, this is not the right fit.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
