At Chick-fil-A, the Dining Room Host - Team Member role is a \Guest Experience Maker\ focused on providing \2nd Mile Service\ by creating a clean, welcoming, and hospitable environment. Dining Room Host emphasizes proactive service over taking orders.
We are hiring for two distinct part-time shifts to cover our busy morning hours.
Shift A: 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM
Shift B: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Shift C: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Position Type:
Dining Room Host - Team Member Responsibilities:

Greeting guests at the door with a warm, friendly attitude and smile; offering fond farewell as they leave

Create and Maintain Eye Contact

Proactively walking the dining room to ask guests about their meal, asking how their day is, and ensuring satisfaction

Anticipating Needs: refreshing beverages, offering highchairs, delivering extra condiments/napkins

Clearing, and sanitizing tables, chairs, booths after guests leave
-
Routinely monitor and clean bathrooms
-
Sweeping and mopping dining room floors
-
Restock/Cleaning condiment stations
-
Emptying trash bins
-
Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
-
Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times

Other duties as assigned
