We are seeking an experienced Medicaid Coordinator to join our skilled nursing facility in Lincroft, NJ. The ideal candidate will have experience managing Medicaid applications, renewals, insurance authorizations, and long-term care reimbursement while providing exceptional support to residents and families.
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000
Process Medicaid applications, renewals, and eligibility.
Coordinate insurance authorizations and appeals.
Verify Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and private pay coverage.
Assist residents and families with financial and reimbursement questions.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
Support business office operations as needed.
2+ years of Medicaid Coordinator or healthcare billing experience.
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, insurance verification, and reimbursement.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
