Responsibilities
- Perform Order Processing for Wash and Fold of Drop Off Orders.
- Supervise daily laundromat operations, ensuring machines are functioning properly and the facility remains clean and organized
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting patrons with their laundry needs and addressing any concerns promptly
- Manage cash handling procedures, including cashiering, balancing registers, and preparing financial reports accurately
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to cleaning procedures and facility standards
Experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is highly desirable, providing a strong foundation in customer service and operational management
- Familiarity with laundry operations, dry cleaning processes, or similar service industries is a plus
- Proven ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and maintaining high standards of hygiene within a commercial setting
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members alike
