Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with medical and surgical conditions.

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and ancillary staff to ensure quality outcomes.
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, discharge planning, and recovery.
Accurately document patient care in the electronic medical record.
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, patient safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and interdisciplinary team meetings.
