OneSparQ is looking for a Die Cutter on 2nd shift in Cudahy, WI.
Responsibilities:
- Review job ticket
- Pull materials, dies, and stock
- Complete full machine setup (make-ready)
- Supervisor approval before run
- Run job and conduct quality checks
- Enter production data into system (Monarc)
- Log start/finish times and counts
- Remove die and prep for next job
Required Skills:
- 2+ years die cutting experience
- Experience setting up, running, and breaking down dies
- Ability to complete full make-ready independently
- Mechanical aptitude (auto/mechanical background is a plus)
Additional Skills:
- Corrugated die cutting experience
- Brown (sheet-fed) machines
- Young Shin
- Bobst 40” die cutter
- Clamshell die cutters (hand-fed)
- Sheet sizes up to 84” x 60”
- High-speed rotary die cutting experience
