Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk/Night Auditor to join our team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience while managing night audit responsibilities. Your enthusiasm for hospitality and exceptional customer service will help create memorable stays for our guests, fostering a warm and welcoming environment throughout your shift.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures using hotel management software
- Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and friendliness, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system skills
- Conduct night audit procedures, balancing daily financial transactions and preparing reports to ensure accuracy of the hotel’s financial records
- Manage guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest relations
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting visual inspections, and controlling access to the property during night hours
- Assist with administrative tasks such as updating guest records, processing reservations, and managing front desk operations efficiently
- Support team members in delivering outstanding guest services by demonstrating hospitality management expertise and a proactive attitude
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred, especially in a resort or hospitality setting
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations professionally and courteously
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve diverse guests
- Familiarity with night audit procedures, multi-line phone systems, and front desk software is advantageous
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and hotel experience will help ensure smooth operations during your shift
