Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct market research to identify properties that meet client needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
- Prepare and present property listings to potential buyers.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients.
- Provide guidance on pricing strategies and market trends.
- Maintain organized records of transactions and client interactions.
- Collaborate with real estate administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Attend open houses, property showings, and networking events to promote listings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or customer service; real estate experience is preferred but NOT mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable (Spanish is a plus).
- Ability to negotiate effectively and advocate for clients’ best interests.
- Familiarity with real estate market trends and practices is beneficial.
- A valid real estate license is required or must be obtained within a specified time frame after hiring.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on industry changes.
