Position Overview
Keystone Ridge Designs is seeking a Inside Sales Representative to support customer relationships, strengthen brand awareness, and help grow new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, organization, relationship-building, customer service, marketing, and sales support.
In this position, you will help identify project opportunities, support sales efforts, assist customers and prospects, and represent the Keystone Ridge Designs brand to professionals who shape the built environment—including landscape architects, municipalities, developers, contractors, purchasing agents, planners, higher education institutions, healthcare campuses, and commercial development teams.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Relationship Support
Help communicate the value of Keystone Ridge Designs’ American-made site furnishings to prospects and customers.
Assist with virtual presentations, product education, lunch-and-learn coordination, follow-up communication, and marketing efforts.
Provide brand-aligned service and solutions that reflect Keystone Ridge Designs’ values and commitment to excellence.
Look for creative ways to strengthen customer relationships, increase engagement, and support long-term growth.
Brand Growth & Business Development
Help identify new project opportunities and potential customers.
Research and engage prospects across key markets, including landscape architecture, municipalities, higher education, healthcare, commercial development, contractors, and purchasing departments.
Assist in developing and executing outreach strategies to grow brand awareness and increase market share.
Support relationship-building with landscape architects, specifiers, planners, designers, municipalities, and decision-makers.
Represent the Keystone Ridge Designs brand with professionalism, product knowledge, and a commitment to meaningful service.
Customer & Sales Support
Respond to customer and prospect inquiries by phone, email, and website with professionalism, warmth, and care.
Assist with product questions, order entry, shipping updates, quote preparation, order documentation, and general customer support.
Support sales representatives by helping prepare quotes, respond to RFPs/RFQs, organize customer information, and move projects through the sales process.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems to support strong communication, follow-up, and business growth.
Collaborate with internal departments including production, shipping, accounting, marketing, and sales to help ensure smooth project execution.
