Responsibilities:
We are looking for Barista/Cashiers who will be essential to our daily preparation and operations.
You are an ideal candidate if you:

- Have excellent communications skills.
Basic Qualifications
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security
- Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
- Experience in the food/beverage retail industry is not required but highly preferred.
- Must have legal status to work in the US.
- Must be able to demonstrate or be trained to obtain knowledge on food safety and proper food handling. Potential candidates must have or must be willing to obtain a California Food Handler Card.

Starting pay is $20/hr.
