Starship Bagel is an award-winning NY-style bagel shop based in Lewisville, TX, established in 2021.
We're looking for an Overnight Bagel Baker to join our production team. This hands on baking role works 12:00am to 7:00am and is focused on producing high quality bagels through consistent execution, timing, and attention to detail.

What you’ll be doing:
- Prepare and bake bagels following established recipes and standards
- Manage proofing, boiling, and baking processes for consistency
- Follow production schedules and timing closely
- Maintain product quality across all batches
- Keep baking areas clean, organized, and food-safe
What we’re looking for:
- Baking or kitchen production experience preferred (1–2 years a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Reliable and able to work the 12:00am-7:00am overnight shift
- Able to follow structured processes and timing closely
- Team focused with a strong work ethic
