Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Painter/Laborer to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of residential properties through high-quality painting and restoration work. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively on construction sites.
Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching as necessary.
- Apply paint using various techniques including airless paint spraying.
- Perform drywall installation and repair tasks as needed.
- Assist in masonry work for renovations and restorations.
- Collaborate with team members to build and maintain structures while adhering to safety protocols.
- Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to projects.
- Ensure job sites are kept clean and organized throughout the duration of projects.
Experience
- Previous experience in residential painting is preferred.
- Familiarity with construction site environments and safety practices.
- Knowledge of drywall installation, masonry, and restoration techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while also being self-motivated.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
