Compleat Rehab & Sports Therapy is looking for an energetic Physical Therapist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide outstanding patient care while enjoying leadership potential and a supportive environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy to address pain, mobility, and functional deficits.
- Accurately document evaluations, progress, and daily treatment notes per compliance standards.
- Supervise PTAs and techs; coordinate with front desk and clinical staff to ensure seamless care.
- Conduct evaluations to develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home programs to promote independence and long-term outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Licensed (or eligible) Physical Therapist in North Carolina.
- Experience: New graduates and experienced therapists are welcome; mentorship programs available.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a dedication to patient-centered care.
Physical Demands:
- Lifting, pushing, pulling, and assisting patients with exercise and patient transfers.
- Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently.
- May be exposed to infectious diseases, electricity, and strain from moving or supporting patients.
