Wilcox Business Solutions is looking for entrepreneurial, self-motivated people who want to build their own book of business in the payments industry—with the freedom to do it their way and an experienced mentor in their corner when they need one.
This is a 1099 commission-only opportunity with uncapped income, lifetime residuals, and no minimum production quotas.
Payments experience is not required. Whether you're new to payments or have tried the industry before, you don't have to figure everything out on your own.
Build It Your Way
Your business starts with relationships and opportunity. You'll prospect, network, meet business owners, and build your own pipeline.
Some agents prefer to focus on opening doors and bring WBS into opportunities for sales and technical support. Others prefer to develop their expertise and manage the entire process themselves. We support both.
WBS provides access to a broad range of solutions, including:
- Credit and debit card processing
- POS systems, including Clover
- Payment gateways
- Recurring billing and ACH
- E-commerce payments
- Software integrations
- Self-ordering kiosks
When you need us, WBS can provide sales and technical expertise, demonstrations, statement analysis, implementation, merchant support, and one-on-one mentorship.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, resourceful, comfortable working independently, and confident developing relationships with business owners and professional partners. Because our agents represent WBS in the marketplace, professionalism, communication, judgment, and follow-through matter just as much as sales experience.
