Job Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager / Manager (MOD) to lead daily restaurant operations.
This is a floor leadership role — you will be actively managing service, staff, and guest experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) during shifts
- Lead service operations: monitor food quality, timing, and guest experience
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and assign sections
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Manage opening/closing procedures and cash handling
- Support staff training, coaching, and performance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Coordinate between FOH, BOH, bar, and host teams
Requirements
- Minimum 40 hours/week (4+ days required)
- Restaurant experience required (management preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- High level of responsibility and attention to detail

- ServSafe Food & Alcohol
- Allergen Awareness
- First Aid / Safety
