Position: Full-Time | In-Office (Not Remote)
Sikora Express is looking for an experienced Dry Van Dispatcher to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, know how to keep trucks moving, and can build strong relationships with drivers and brokers, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Dispatch and manage Dry Van loads from pickup to delivery
- Plan routes and maximize truck utilization
- Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers
- Negotiate freight rates and secure profitable loads
- Monitor load progress and resolve any issues promptly
- Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
- Maintain accurate load and driver records
- Work closely with the safety and operations teams
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Dry Van Dispatcher is required
- Strong knowledge of DAT, Truckstop, or similar load boards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
- Reliable and team-oriented
