Job Summary

Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that meet their needs
- Promote retail sales by explaining product features, benefits, and available financial services such as retail lending or loan processing
- Handle cash transactions accurately using cash drawers and 10-key typing systems, ensuring proper cash management and cashiering procedures
- Process cash, credit, and electronic payments efficiently while maintaining accuracy in data entry and cash handling
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment while managing inventory levels through data entry and stock replenishment
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
Experience
- Previous retail store experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Experience with data entry, cash drawer handling, cash management, or cashiering is highly advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in all aspects of sales and cash handling
