Position Summary:
The Client Service Associate (CSA) plays a critical role in supporting advisors and ensuring an exceptional client experience. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can manage complex tasks, maintain compliance standards, and act as a trusted point of contact for clients. Candidates with a Series 65 license or equivalent are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or other channels.
- Prepare client reports, account documentation, and performance summaries.
- Support financial planning and investment processes in coordination with advisors and planning associates.
- Assist with onboarding new clients, including account setup and documentation review.
- Monitor client accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline workflows and enhance client service.
- Participate in client meetings as needed and prepare meeting materials.
- Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications:
- Series 65 license or equivalent preferred; candidates without a license must be willing to obtain one.
- 3+ years of experience in financial services, client service, or investment support roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with industry specific software systems, specifically CRM, is a plus.
