Robbins Heating & Air is seeking a dependable, motivated HVAC Installer to join our growing team. We have built our reputation by providing exceptional service and quality installations, and we're looking for someone who shares those same values.
Responsibilities
- Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
- Remove and replace existing HVAC equipment.
- Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and local codes.
- Start up, test, and verify proper system operation.
- Keep work areas clean and leave every customer's home in excellent condition.
- Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
- Maintain a positive attitude and represent Robbins Heating & Air with professionalism.
Qualifications
- Previous HVAC installation experience preferred.
- EPA Certification (preferred or willing to obtain).
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
