Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and swiftly
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with precision, ensuring proper cash handling and register balancing
- Upsell retail products to enhance sales opportunities and improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of the cashier station.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cashiering, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math calculations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively
- Prefer candidate to be at least 21 years old
Must be reliable with good attendance; ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks .
