ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2010 and currently lead a team of 10. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, and I've always been passionate about developing people and helping them build successful careers. I'm a graduate of the University of South Carolina, a proud husband and father of three, and enjoy fishing, hiking, and traveling with my family.
Investing in our community is just as important as investing in our team. I'm actively involved with the Minerva Area Chamber of Commerce, serve on the boards of Junior Achievement of North Central Ohio and the Massillon Museum, and volunteer every Friday at Jackson High School mentoring students through the Junior Achievement entrepreneurship program.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Associate for Robert Garner - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
