What We’re Looking For
Team members must:
- Be dependable and punctual
- Have a positive, can-do attitude
- Take pride in their work and attention to detail
- Provide excellent customer service
- Have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance
- Have a smartphone with calling, texting, and data capabilities
- Be physically able to perform cleaning tasks including:
- Standing up to 8 hours
- Walking stairs
- Bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 lbs
Schedule Options
We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Cleaning Technicians with availability that falls during:
- Daytime: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay & Compensation
- Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour
- Increase to $17.25 per hour within 3 months (based on performance and attendance)
- Top pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
- Paid weekly via direct deposit (every Friday)
- Travel pay – see below
- At Serene Clean, you start as a Cleaning Tech 1 and have the potential to grow on a clear track all the way to a leadership role on our field team. After 6 months of employment, you have the potential to reach Cleaning Tech 2 which allows you to earn up to $200 a month in attendance and compliance bonuses.
Service Area & Travel Expectations
- Offices located in Black River Falls, Sparta, and La Crosse
- We service locations within 30 miles of each office
- Must be able to travel up to 60 minutes one-way per day
- We schedule efficiently and typical travel is less, but you must be able to travel
Travel Pay
- $12.00 per hour while driving between jobs
- Daily gas stipends based on miles driven each day:
- 0–10 miles: $5
- 11–20 miles: $10
- 21–35 miles: $15
- 36–50 miles: $20
- 51+ miles: $25
