As we continue to grow, we are seeking dedicated Texas Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) who are passionate about making a meaningful impact while enjoying the flexibility of remote practice.
Position Summary
We are looking for compassionate, motivated, and clinically skilled professionals to provide virtual outpatient psychotherapy services to adults experiencing a variety of mental and behavioral health concerns. Clinicians will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized, evidence-based care while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence and professionalism.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive behavioral health assessments and ongoing psychotherapy through a secure telehealth platform.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' clinical needs and goals.
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, mood disorders, grief, life transitions, and related behavioral health conditions.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Collaborate with psychiatric providers, primary care providers, referral partners, and other members of the interdisciplinary treatment team.
- Participate in case consultations and clinical meetings as needed.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, Texas licensing regulations, and professional ethical standards.
- Promote a welcoming, culturally responsive, and person-centered therapeutic environment.
QualificationsRequired
- Active, unrestricted Texas Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related behavioral health field.
- Active NPI number.
- Professional liability insurance.
- Ability to practice independently under Texas licensing requirements.
- Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
- Reliable internet connection and private workspace suitable for telehealth services.
Preferred
- Two or more years of outpatient behavioral health experience.
- Experience treating adults with depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, and co-occurring behavioral health conditions.
- Experience with telehealth service delivery.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly desirable.
- Experience working with diverse populations, underserved communities, veterans, or older adults.
