Duties
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process transactions efficiently.
- Assist in food preparation, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards and safety regulations.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy and integrity, including balancing registers at shift end.
- Supervise kitchen operations as a Kitchen Supervisor, overseeing food safety, sanitation, and timely service.
- Support kitchen staff as a Kitchen Helper by bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and assisting with basic food prep tasks.
- Uphold food safety standards by following proper handling procedures and sanitation protocols.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance sales and improve customer satisfaction through friendly service.
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service & fast food restaurant environments.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle cash handling accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a busy setting while maintaining high-quality service.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment across roles including cashiering, serving, bussing, and kitchen support.

Pay: $9.00 - $12.00 per hour
