Job Summary
Azimuth Management and Consulting is a licensed insurance and financial services firm offering a structured, training-focused opportunity for individuals interested in beginning a career in the insurance and financial services industry.
This entry-level, pre-licensing trainee position is designed for individuals with little or no prior experience. The role is educational in nature and provides a comprehensive, self-paced remote training program focused on developing foundational knowledge of insurance principles, financial education concepts, and industry compliance standards.
Training is conducted entirely online and is supported through structured learning materials, guidance, and mentorship designed to prepare participants for state licensing requirements.
In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, trainees do not engage in insurance sales, provide financial recommendations, or solicit clients prior to obtaining the appropriate state license(s).
This opportunity is offered as a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation opportunities become available only after obtaining the required license(s) and any necessary authorization to conduct licensed activities. Licensure, authorization, and future earnings are not guaranteed.
Training Program Overview
Participants will receive instruction in the following areas:
- Insurance fundamentals, terminology, and core industry concepts
- Financial education topics, including budgeting, risk management, and long-term financial planning principles
- State insurance laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Professional ethics and best practices within the insurance and financial services industry
- Overview of insurance products and the client onboarding process
- Preparation for the state Life Insurance licensing examination
The training program is fully remote, self-paced, and designed to provide a strong educational foundation for individuals pursuing licensure and future opportunities within the insurance and financial services profession.
Pay: $86,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
