Our Service Department operates during the following hours:

Monday - Friday: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Sunday: Closed
Candidates must be available during service department operating hours and willing to work rotating Saturdays. Additional hours may be required during peak service periods.

What You'll Do

Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs according to Honda and dealership standards.

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns efficiently and accurately.

Conduct multi-point inspections and identify maintenance recommendations.

Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding repair needs and vehicle status.

Maintain productivity and efficiency goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Use manufacturer diagnostic equipment, special tools, and repair information systems.

Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Stay current on Honda training, technology, and repair procedures.

Contribute to a positive team culture focused on customer service, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring

Previous automotive technician experience required; Honda experience preferred.

ASE certifications and/or Honda certifications are a plus.

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections efficiently and accurately.

Strong work ethic with a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining productivity goals.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ability to lift, carry, and move automotive parts and equipment as required.
