Job Overview:
A distinguished family in Saddle River is seeking a highly experienced, detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to join their household on a long-term, part-time (4 hrs/day or 20 hrs/week) basis. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily housekeeping duties, including meticulous cleaning and ongoing upkeep of a large residence.
- Prepare family-style meals and assist with light cooking, ensuring presentation and dietary preferences are consistently met.
- Occasionally set formal and informal tables with attention to elegance and detail.
- Coordinate with and oversee outside vendors and service providers as needed.
- Monitor, restock, and manage household inventory, including groceries, cleaning products, and other supplies.
- Provide attentive and gentle care for household pets, including weekly maintenance of cat fountains, automated litter boxes, and feeders; brushing; and transport to veterinary or grooming appointments as required.
- Run occasional household errands, such as dry cleaning, returns, gift purchasing and wrapping, and seasonal decorating.
- Handle wardrobe care, including ironing, steaming, folding, and organizing garments to maintain pristine condition.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
- Proven track record of professionalism, discretion, and respect for household privacy.
- Highly dependable, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Pet-friendly and comfortable with feline care responsibilities.
Position Details:
