Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays an important role in the day-to-day operations of our express car wash. Our CSRs are expected to provide an excellent customer experience while supporting their teammates and helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized site.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Smiling and greeting every customer who comes on site
- Providing excellent customer service
- Processing customer transactions
- Educating customers on our wash and membership options
- Loading vehicles safely into the car wash tunnel
- Maintaining a clean and organized property
- Assisting customers and teammates whenever needed
- Following all company safety procedures and standards

Compensation
Starting compensation is $12.00 per hour plus commission. Most of our employees average approximately an additional $2.00 per hour when commissions are considered.
Our top-performing sales associates have the opportunity to earn significantly more through hourly pay and commissions. Advancement through our Career Plan also creates opportunities for increased responsibility and additional income.
Training is paid, and we offer full benefits to eligible employees working 30+ hours per week.

- Be friendly, positive, and a team player
- Have a strong customer-service mindset
- Be comfortable working outdoors and being on their feet for most of the shift
- Be aware and attentive to their surroundings
- Be able to climb up and down ladders
- Maintain a clean-cut and professional appearance
- Have no visible tattoos or be able to keep tattoos covered while working
- Be at least 16 years old

Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience
1 year of customer service, customer support, sales, or client services experience preferred.
