We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented Housekeepers who take pride in their work and understand that a spotless room creates confidence, comfort, and memorable guest experiences.

Working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays and 9:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekends, every other weekend required.
What You’ll Do
Guest Room Cleaning & Presentation
· Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to company and brand standards
· Change linens and make beds
· Clean bathrooms, vacuum carpets, dust, and sanitize surfaces
· Replenish guest amenities and supplies
· Ensure every room meets inspection standards before marking complete
Daily Operations
· Follow room assignments using Quore tablets
· Report maintenance issues immediately through Quore work orders
· Restock housekeeping carts daily
· Maintain hallways, storage areas, and housekeeping spaces
· Assist with laundry duties when needed
Lost & Found Responsibilities
· Turn in all found items immediately
· Follow company lost & found procedures (30-day holding policy)
· Never remove guest belongings unless required for safety
Safety & Professional Standards
· Follow OSHA and chemical safety guidelines
· Properly handle cleaning equipment and chemicals
· Maintain secure handling of master keys
· Maintain proper uniform compliance with visible name tag
· No smoking or vaping during work hours or inside the building
What We’re Looking For
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
· Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
· Reliable attendance and punctuality
· Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
· Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
· Experience preferred but not required (training provided)
Performance Expectations
· Complete all assigned rooms daily
· Meet productivity and quality standards
· Accurately update room status in Quore
· Participate in team meetings and training sessions
