What You’ll Do
- Deliver Top-Quality Service: Perform residential and commercial carpet, upholstery, tile & grout, and air duct cleaning.
- Drive & Operate Equipment: Safely operate company vehicles and professional-grade cleaning equipment.
- Customer Service: Greet clients professionally, assess their cleaning needs, and explain services clearly.
- Job Site Care: Prepare work areas to protect client property and ensure a thorough, high-quality clean every time.
- Maintenance: Keep the company vehicle, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and properly maintained.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record is required (you will be driving our company vans).
- Strong Work Ethic: Ability to work hard, stay motivated, and take pride in your work.
- Physical Capability: Comfortable being on your feet, moving equipment, and working physical, hands-on days.
- Customer-Friendly Attitude: Reliable, professional, and respectful when interacting with customers.
- Experience: Previous carpet cleaning or floor care experience is best, but not required—we will gladly train the right, motivated person!

Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-quality cleaning and floor care services, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop valuable skills in commercial cleaning, floor maintenance, and environmental services while contributing to clean, healthy spaces for our clients.
Duties
- Learn and perform carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, air duct cleaning, floor scrubbing, buffing, waxing, and refinishing using professional cleaning equipment.
- Handle and apply various floor cleaning chemicals safely and effectively, following all safety protocols.
- Assist with manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of equipment and materials to support cleaning operations.
- Conduct routine janitorial and environmental services tasks to maintain cleanliness standards across commercial spaces.
- Support the team in performing floor care procedures including scrubbing, buffing, polishing, and floor waxing to restore and enhance flooring appearance.
- Operate cleaning machinery with precision, ensuring proper maintenance and safety during use.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously during service visits.
Skills
- Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and equipment operation.
- Willingness to learn about chemical agent handling and proper use of floor cleaning chemicals.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks including medium lifting safely.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Knowledge of or interest in floor care techniques such as buffing, polishing, refinishing, and environmental services.
- Good physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout shifts.
- Eagerness to develop expertise in commercial cleaning practices including janitorial services and floor maintenance.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
