Team Enoch is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our fast-growing HVAC division.
This is a high-energy, high-opportunity role for someone who enjoys a consistently busy work environment, communicates confidently, and knows how to turn leads into closed business.
You’ll work directly with inbound HVAC leads, helping homeowners navigate the replacement process while delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

This is NOT cold calling. These are warm inbound opportunities from customers actively looking for HVAC solutions.
Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to inbound HVAC leads
- Build trust and guide customers through the sales process
- Prepare and send estimates
- Follow up consistently to maximize close rates
- Overcome objections and confidently ask for the sale
- Coordinate with operations and installation teams
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and lead updates
- Deliver a high-level customer experience throughout the process
- Utilize company technology and systems efficiently to manage leads, communication, and workflow
Qualifications
- Inside sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Ability to thrive in a consistently busy office environment
- Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable learning and using technology, CRM systems, and digital communication tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- HVAC or home services experience is a plus, but not required
