Schedule:
· 8 Hour Shift (6:30 am to 3:00 pm with 30 minute break)
$18.50 - $25.00 an hour - Full-time
Position Summary
The Delivery Driver / Forklift Operator is responsible for ensuring the accurate, safe, and timely delivery of HVAC equipment and supplies to customer locations and job sites. This position also supports warehouse operations, including inventory management, material handling, and organization. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism. The role also is an opportunity for advancement to an HVAC-oriented career path (if desired).
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate company delivery vehicles to transport HVAC equipment, materials, and supplies to customers and job sites.
- Load and unload materials using a forklift, pallet jack, or other warehouse equipment.
- Verify and document delivery orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of required paperwork.
- Assist in warehouse operations, including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all company, DOT, and OSHA safety guidelines and procedures.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service when interacting with clients and contractors.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, warehouse staff, and dispatch regarding deliveries and scheduling.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support warehouse and logistics operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL preferred but not required.
- Current forklift certification, or ability to obtain certification upon hire.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in delivery driving, warehouse operations, or a related field; HVAC or construction industry experience a plus (preferred).
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly and work in varying weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to workplace safety.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of the local geographic territory preferred.

· 8 Hour Shift (8 am to 4:30 pm with 30 minute break, may require 6:30 am to 3:00 pm with 30 minute break)
· Monday to Friday
