Summary: Support the Assistant Director of Operations in maintaining technology systems and equipment across the church and school campus. This hands-on role primarily focuses on the management, troubleshooting, and support of student and staff devices while serving as the vital on-campus technical liaison for our remote IT support firm.
Essential Duties:
1. Provide highly responsive, excellent customer service and technical support to all students, faculty, and staff.
2. Manage the lifecycle, configuration, and day-to-day troubleshooting of student devices (e.g., Chromebooks, iPads, laptops).
3. Act as the primary on-site “eyes and hands” to assist the remote IT support firm with infrastructure maintenance, hardware swaps, and network diagnostics.
4. Ensure all campus technology is accessible, securely configured, and equipped with current software and hardware updates.
5. Provide individual technical support, orientation, and onboarding to new staff, teachers, and students.
6. Set up and maintain email accounts within Google Workspace for Education.
7. Maintain a current, highly accurate inventory of all campus hardware, software licenses, configurations and technology resources.
8. Set up, configure, and troubleshoot printers, copiers, smartboards, and all local network devices.
9. Coordinate basic technical troubleshooting for campus audio/visual systems used in classrooms and ministry settings.
10. Train staff and volunteers on the best practices and potential uses of existing technology and educational systems.

Education/Experience:
- Associate’s Degree in Information Technology or related work experience of two years
- CompTIA A+ certificate holder preferred but not required
- In-depth Google Workspace for Education technical knowledge
- Strong communication skills with experience acting as a liaison to vendors and contractors
- Familiarity or direct experience managing student rosters and user accounts within standard educational technology platforms and roster-syncing tools (e.g., Clever, McGraw-Hill).
- Exhibit respect & demonstrate the ability to uphold the teachings of the Catholic Church.
- Able to honor & maintain confidentiality.
- Able to pass and maintain Diocesan child safety protocols.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
