Read and interpret blueprints, circuit diagrams, and specifications
-
Install electrical panels, wiring, lighting, and conduit systems
-
Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues using testing equipment
-
Perform safety inspections and ensure NEC code compliance
-
Upgrade and retrofit electrical systems (EV chargers, smart-home systems)
-
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
-
Complete service reports and documentation
-
Journeyman or Wireman electrician experience
-
Valid driver’s license with 5+ years clean driving record
-
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
-
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
-
Experience with residential electrical systems

Good communication and customer service skills
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
