Responsibilities
- Foster a positive classroom environment that promotes social-emotional learning, behavior management, and child welfare
- Engage children in hands-on activities that develop literacy, math, and creative expression

- Manage classroom routines and behavior to ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning space
- Collaborate with parents and guardians through regular communication about children’s progress and developmental milestones
- Maintain accurate records of student assessments and lesson plan documentation
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices
- Experience in curriculum development tailored to preschool-aged children
- Strong classroom management skills to foster an organized and respectful environment
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, parents, colleagues, and specialists
- Proficiency in lesson planning for kindergarten readiness skills
