DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & TRAITS
-Works well under pressure in an often, hectic environment
-Maintain cook times with appropriate preparation of your cook station
-Ability to determine the necessary quantity and keep ingredients stocked
-Able to follow recipes, instructions, and directions from the kitchen manager
-Keeps the kitchen clean, sanitized, and orderly; works as a team member to achieve goals
-Be passionate about food, enjoy your job and be consistent with the quality of your cooking
-Seek opportunities in the kitchen to learn and grow while being focused on your production
