Position Summary
Brothers Keeper Logistics is seeking professional White-Glove Delivery Drivers to safely operate 26-foot box trucks while providing exceptional appliance delivery services. Drivers are responsible for ensuring deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and with outstanding customer service while protecting customers' homes and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a 26-foot box truck.
- Report to the dispatch location by 5:30 AM.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Load, secure, transport, and deliver appliances safely.
- Work alongside an Appliance Installer to complete white-glove deliveries.
- Protect customers' homes during deliveries using approved techniques.
- Verify delivery paperwork and obtain customer signatures.
- Complete required delivery documentation and route information.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready truck.
- Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and your Appliance Installer.
- Follow all company safety and operating procedures.
- Meet company standards for on-time deliveries, customer satisfaction, and safe operations.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to safely operate a 26-foot box truck.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs independently and 150 lbs with assistance.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous appliance delivery experience is preferred but not required.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
