Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bilingual Oversight Manager to lead with confidence within our field services division. This role requires a leader who is fluent in both English and Spanish, capable of overseeing employees, work as a communications liasion between the CEO, staff & clients. As a Bilingual Oversight Manager, you will drive integrity in our cleaning services by following rules of conduct, being comfortable with the introduction of our company to prospective clients, implementing and executing work lists, checking off tasks after a thorough inspection is completed by staff. Works with a strong sense of leadership and a strong team player. We need a trustworthy individual that holds compliance and accountability seriously. Your expertise will empower other team players to deliver exceptional service while maintaining oversight roles .
Responsibilities
-MUST be able to clean homes professionally
-Must be able to assemble a plan for shifts
-Must have excellent communication skills
-Must be able to listen and communicate with homeowners
-Must be able to comfortably give direction and instruction if needed
-Must be able to read and write in English and complete check off lists
-Greet all new staff and clients with kindness and respect
-Respect property, no smoking, no drinking alcohol, or drug use on or in client's property
-Must report all losses, damages, or injury immediately to CEO
-Take photos of work completed with homeowner's knowledge (KEEPING ALL SENSITIVE ITEMS, PEOPLE, PHOTOGRAPHS, OR IDENTIFYING OBJECTS OUT OF FRAME)

Requirements
-MUST be able to pass a background check
-Comfortable speaking to new people
-Must be a team player
- Must Have Strong Leadership Skills
-Must be bilingual and fluent in Spanish and English
-Must have cleaning experience- Residential cleaning experience is a must!
-Must be able to read and write legibly in English
-Must be able to keep track of inventory and supplies.
- Report when items need to be replaced or when to order new supplies for shifts.
-Must be over 18 and have a valid driver's license
-Must have reliable transportation with insurance and show proof
-Must be willing to drive no more than a 2 hour or less distance from 30720- In any direction
-Must have a cell phone with storage space (company cell phone may be provided)
-Must be willing to undergo a background check
-No drugs, no alcohol, no narcotics taken during work shifts
-MUST be a work driven individual
-CALLING IN REQUIRES A 48HOUR NOTICE TO GUARANTEE YOUR SHIFT CAN BE COVERED.
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
