About the Role
As a Metal Fabrication Welder, you will play a critical role in transforming raw components into high-quality finished assemblies. You will utilize your expertise in electric-arc welding to ensure structural integrity and dimensional accuracy, contributing directly to the efficiency and precision of our production output.
Responsibilities-
Execute precise welding operations on a variety of custom and standardized components using electric-arc equipment.

Interpret complex blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly and fit-up.

Calibrate and adjust welding parameters—including heat settings, wire feed, and electrode selection—to optimize weld quality and production speed.

Collaborate with the fabrication team to assist in the design and construction of specialized welding fixtures.

Maintain a high standard of quality control by inspecting finished weldments against technical specifications.

Proactively troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workstation.
Qualifications-
High school diploma, G.E.D., or 1-3 years of relevant manufacturing experience.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting production blueprints and process documentation.

Strong mathematical aptitude and the ability to accurately read a tape measure.

Physical capability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and wear necessary safety gear including a welding shield and respirator.

Must provide personal welding helmet.

Hands-on experience with MIG and TIG welding technologies.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team-based production environment.

Strong communication skills for reporting daily tasks and collaborating with supervisors.
