Overview:
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide safe, ethical, and high-quality patient care within a secure residential healthcare setting. This role is ideal for nurses who are confident in their clinical skills, capable of working independently, and committed to maintaining professional standards while delivering compassionate care.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor patient health status.
- Observe, evaluate, and document patient symptoms, responses to treatment, and overall progress.
- Administer medications, treatments, immunizations, and other physician-ordered interventions.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions, including first aid and CPR when necessary.
- Monitor patients requiring increased observation and ensure timely documentation.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans.
- Provide patient education regarding health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical records, medication administration records, and required reports.
- Manage inventory and accountability of medications, supplies, and medical equipment.
- Participate in staff training, orientation, and ongoing professional development activities.
- Serve as a resource and mentor to support staff as needed.
Pay: $60.00 - $74.00 per hour
