Meadow Falls of Rocky River is looking for an energetic, compassionate, and driven Director of Sales & Marketing to help grow our vibrant assisted living community. This is more than a sales job—it's an opportunity to change lives while building meaningful relationships throughout the community.
Build relationships with referral sources, hospitals, physicians, and community partners.
Conduct tours for prospective residents and their families.
Guide families through the move-in process with compassion and professionalism.
Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to increase occupancy.
Represent Meadow Falls at networking events and community outreach opportunities.
Work closely with our leadership team to create an exceptional resident experience.
Experience in senior living sales, healthcare marketing, or a related field OR
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with strong communication and relationship-building skills looking for a new career opportunity.
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Passion for serving seniors and making a difference in their lives.
