Required Knowledge:
Required Skills: Minimum of 5 years of sheet metal experience in commercial projects experience or equivalent combination of vocational training and experience and at least 3 years of supervisory experience. Must have the ability to successfully supervise and direct a team of up to 5 workers on a day-to-day basis. Extensive knowledge of trade specific codes and standards associated with sheet metal. Demonstrated planning and scheduling experience, knowledge of reading and interpreting drawings. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task, work with minimal supervision and adhere to company policy and procedures. HS diploma or GED required.
Required abilities
- Physical: Must be able to crawl, kneel, squat, and climb, stand and walk for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basis, unassisted.
