The Line Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards. This role works closely with the kitchen team to ensure consistent execution of menu items during service.
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Set up and stock stations before shifts
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Monitor food quality and portion control
- Assist with inventory and restocking
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Nights, weekends, and holidays availability required
