- Duties:
- - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on guest rooms.
- - Supervise maintenance staff of 3-4 workers
- - Primarily and indoor job
- - Must have a valid drivers license
- - Must have supervisory experience
Ability to use and maintain equipment from vacuums and carpet cleaners to pressure washers and lawn mowers.
Routine plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
Must be comfortable conducting regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities- Perform regular preventive maintenance - eye for details
- Painting
- Drywall repair
- Caulking
- Comfortable with I.T. / Wi-Fi systems
- HVAC systems including thermostats
- Plowing
- Carpet installation / flooring installation
- Knowledge of telephone systems
Requirements:
- Proven experience in maintenance and repair work
- Ability to lift 30 to 50lbs as needed
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
