Mong Q Mongolian BBQ is hiring! Located in the food court at The Westfield Oakridge Mall, our menu consists of customizable self serve Mongolian BBQ. We are a new franchise looking to hire dedicated employees with tremendous growth opportunities. The ideal candidates will be hardworking, reliable, self-driven, and more importantly fun and charismatic. Mong Q hopes to recruit individuals who can work as a team in an energetic and enjoyable atmosphere.
Prep / Dishwasher
Responsibilities will include the following:
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Prep vegetables and recipe ingredients for day to day operations
- Use deli-slicer to cut meats.
- Clean all kitchen machinery.
- Clean dishes and small ware.
- Set up workstations and prepare ingredients for use during shift
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Make sure fridges are stocked before shift change
- Produce quality food in a timely fashion meeting company standards
- Adhere to proper food handling practices
- Cleaning and closing duties are expected with scheduled deep cleans
- Work as a line cook/ cashier when necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a prep / dishwasher.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Able to meet all scheduling commitments
- Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
