About the Opportunity
Quality & Dominance (Q&D) has partnered with Lenox Hospice, an Atlanta-based hospice provider, to grow their referral network and admissions volume across the Atlanta metro area. We're building a dedicated three-person field sales team to lead this expansion — and we're looking for an experienced 1099 sales representative to join us.
This is a growth-stage opportunity backed by an experienced sales leader, a full marketing and operations support team, and a Lenox Hospice partner that is fully committed to the ramp. You bring the relationships and the field execution — we handle everything else: marketing collateral, lunch & learn coordination, CRM setup, ad postings, paperwork, and back-office support.
What You'll Do
- Build and execute a referral development plan across the Atlanta metro area.
- Cultivate relationships with referral coordinators at assisted living communities, long-term care facilities, and hospital discharge planning teams.
- Deliver lunch & learn presentations and educational events for facility staff and physician practices.
- Represent Lenox Hospice's clinical excellence and service lines to referral sources.
- Track activity, referrals, and outcomes in our shared CRM.
- Report weekly on pipeline and progress to the Q&D sales director.
Who We're Looking For
Required
- 2+ years of sales experience in hospice OR assisted living / senior living.
- Existing, active relationships with referral coordinators in one or more of the following: ◦ Assisted living communities (strongly preferred) ◦ Long-term care / skilled nursing facilities ◦ Hospital discharge planners or case managers
- Based in Atlanta metro area with reliable transportation.
- Comfortable operating as a 1099 independent contractor.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred
- Direct hospice sales experience.
- Documented book of active referral sources you can activate quickly.
- Experience with lunch & learn / in-service presentations.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
