Rowdy Hall, one of the Hamptons’ most established and beloved restaurants, is hiring a bartender to join our growing team.
We're looking for someone who is committed to building a long-term role with us and growing as part of a strong, professional bar team.
As a cornerstone of the East End dining scene, Rowdy Hall blends the charm of an English pub with the elegance of a French bistro. Our full-service bar features classic and craft cocktails, a carefully curated wine list, and a strong beer program. What You'll Do
- Welcome guests and provide attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly service
- Mix and serve classic and specialty cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Make recommendations and share knowledge about our menu and beverage offerings
- Uphold high standards for cleanliness, accuracy, and hospitality
- Develop new cocktails and contribute creatively to the beverage program
- Handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain inventory, restock, and support overall bar operations
What We're Looking For
- Year-round availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Minimum age to serve alcohol in NY State
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Neat appearance and a warm, engaging personality
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Basic math and computer proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active on your feet during service
- Passion for hospitality and a desire to be part of a team

Pay: $200.00 - $500.00 per day
