Job Summary
We are seeking motivated Garage Door Technicians to join our team!
Individuals with carpentry or construction experience interested in starting a new career are encouraged to apply. Experience with garage doors is a plus but not required. Experience with electrical, welding or locksmithing is a definite plus. Pay is based on experience.
You will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining garage doors and related systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, utilizing your technical and construction experience.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and replace garage doors, openers, springs, cables, rollers, and tracks.
- Conduct thorough inspections of existing garage door systems to diagnose issues and recommend solutions.
- Use hand tools, power tools and fabrication techniques to complete installations and repairs.
- Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for door hanging and frame carpentry.
- Maintain safety standards on construction sites by following protocols.
Requirements
- Proficiency in using power tools like saws and drills
- Construction site experience with framing, remodeling, drywall work, carpentry.
- Locksmithing, Electrical or Metal Fabrication experience is a plus.
- Must be able to climb a ladder to at least 20 feet.
- Must be able to lift 50-100lbs weight.
- Must have a clean drivers license.
- Must have your own tools.
- Must be able to work on a team.
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday, Saturdays a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
