Position Overview:
As a member of the kitchen staff at Heavy’s Barburger, you’ll be an essential part of the team that brings our signature smash burgers and salads to life. We’re looking for hardworking, passionate individuals who thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and want to be part of something bigger—creating not just great food, but a great place to work.
Responsibilities:
- Food Prep & Execution: Prepare ingredients, cook, and assemble menu items to our high-quality standards.
- Kitchen Operations: Use equipment like grills and fryers safely and effectively while maintaining efficiency during service.
- Cleanliness & Organization: Keep your workstation spotless and adhere to food safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Adaptability: Be ready to jump in wherever needed, from dishwashing to helping with inventory.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous kitchen experience is great, but we’re happy & eager to train motivated individuals.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Passion for good food and delivering quality every time.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
