Company Overview
We are a property management company, with about 300 units throughout the Bellevue area of Pittsburgh. We are currently looking to bring on a full-time maintenance technician to help with a variety of different projects, ranging from daily rental maintenance to apartment renovations.
General Job Responsibilities
- Preform daily rental maintenance as needed
- Assist with apartment renovations and turns as needed
- Keep in consistent communication with the property manager and maintenance manager regarding the completion status of work orders, and report any other pertinent updates
- Help construction crew complete various small scale residential construction projects as needed
- Preform various other tasks related to keeping the rental properties operating smoothly
- Ability to travel to multiple different jobs sites on a daily basis
Position Details
- $22-$32 per hour based on experience, construction knowledge and work ethic
- 36-40 hours a week
- Based around the Bellevue, PA area, but may require limited travel to other locations throughout the greater Pittsburgh area.
- Will be a 1099 position starting out, with the potential to go W2 after 60 days
- Will be part of a rotating on-call schedule for after hours maintenance emergencies (team members alternate weeks)
